We are seeking a part-qualified or newly qualified accountant with industry experience to join our finance team. This fully remote position offers broad practical experience, dedicated mentoring, and opportunities to grow professionally within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
– Assist with preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
– Support month-end and year-end processes, including journals, accruals, and prepayments.
– Prepare bank and balance sheet reconciliations across multiple currencies.
– Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow reporting.
– Process multi-currency transactions and account for exchange rate differences.
– Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
– Assist with tax compliance, audit preparation, and financial controls.
– Help improve finance processes and maintain accurate financial records.
About you
– Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant with previous accounting or finance experience in industry.
– Proficiency in Sage is required.
– Strong Excel skills.
– Comfortable working with multiple currencies.
– Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
– Strong attention to detail and an organised approach to meeting deadlines.
– Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a fully remote environment.
– A willingness to learn, take responsibility, and develop professionally.
